Great service that sends out timely updates via email and text. The tracker to see where the machines are is very cool. Guys operating the machines are friendly and skilled. To be blunt without naming other services out there - Northern is the best several of my friends are going to switch as they are impressed as well.

This winter has been a snow filled adventure for sure. Northern Snow has been very efficient and diligent in clearing my driveway after every snow fall. Great communication via text and email. Did a commendable job during early December 2024's Snowmaggeden. Return after city plows have been by to clear the end of driveways. This is my first year with Northern Snow and they have definitely exceeded my expectations.

From the top to the bottom, this is one of the most incredible run companies I’ve ever seen. After a little warm spell, the grader came by overnight and left an absolute disaster at the end of my driveway. As I was getting ready to head out, a Northern Snow operator was on his way by, saw my wife struggling with the ice chunks and didn’t even think twice to help her out given the circumstances.

Excellent service, very friendly helpful staff and great tractor operators. Daily schedules when there is a snow fall. Remove ridges from driveway when grader passes. Just call or message and let them know and they respond quickly. If they city would relay their nightly grader schedule they would be even quicker.
